Direct Access

Our physical therapists have a Direct Access License, which means that they are licensed to treat a patient without a doctor’s referral or prescription. In PA, your health insurance will cover your Direct Access treatment for up to 30 calendar days, with a few exceptions (patients with auto claims or worker’s compensation claims, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans will need a doctor’s referral). You can save time and money by coming directly to Restorations Physical Therapy when you’ve sustained an injury or are in pain.
